Welcome to Titanya’s Cottage

cottageOur small Clovelly community started with the building of Titanya’s cottage that is set on Clovelly Mountain with stunning views over False Bay and Fish Hoek valley in Cape Town. South Africa.
We are centrally situated and 5 minutes walk from the beach.  The free standing building stands behind our main house.

At first Titanya’s self-catering cottage was rented for short term Holiday makers because the cottage can sleep four, but in recent years we have made the cottage Available for long term rental.

Today our vision to create a small community with like minded people on our property is coming together. We are very happy with our full time tenant Dee, who works for the film industry as a dress designer.

This video was taken in 2007 and the cottage has since then gone through some minor upgrades.

There is also a Wifi connection, but for a better reception inside we advice tenants to supply their own modem, ( we do have our own IT person who can help with this installation)

From August 2017 we are offering “A Pied A Terre” hide away.entrance.jpg This unfurnished room with a full bathroom has its own entrance, the same that is used to visit Titanya’s Cottage.

The rental is R3.500 PM including water, electricity and Wifi.

The steps up to the cottage or our hide away unit is not suitable for people who are in wheelchairs or have difficulty walking.
